The Dennis Arts and Culture Council (DACC) supports programs and performances for the Town of Dennis, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. In 2011 we distributed over $4000 from both the Massachusetts Cultural Council and funds we raised through the generous support of our townspeople. Our site has some general information about the DACC. We also have a page if you want to apply for a grant. Financial donations can be made to the Dennis Arts and Culture Council for our expenses and programs. Find our meeting dates, and agenda notes, on the Town of Dennis calendar. We’re also on facebook. Opening Reception: 3rd Annual Photography Contest! Spring 2010.

Join the celebration at the Dennis Memorial Library! June 3, 7-8 pm. Food by Chapins Restaurant and wine by Dennis Public Market. Dennis residents/homeowners may enter the Third Annual Photography Contest. Entry forms will be available soon. Photos are due on May 25, 26 or 27 at the Town Offices, and the opening reception at the Dennis Memorial Library will be held on June 3. There are two categories: Youth through age 17, and adult (18+). First Prize in the youth category is $50.00, second prize $25.00, and there will be two honorable mentions. For the adults the first prize is $100.00, second prize is $50.00, and there will be two honorable mentions. Entries must be UNframed and matted, one dimension of at leat eight inches, black and white or color. There will be three judges. Join in the fun and start snapping!
